Born from community. Built for careers.
Siyaphila was founded to give unemployed youth and working adults across South Africa a credible pathway into the wellness industry. We combine practical training with workplace readiness, learnership partnerships, and direct placement support — so that learning leads to earning.
We work with QCTO-accredited training providers, HWSETA-aligned partners, employers and community stakeholders to make sure every graduate has the skills, confidence and connections to succeed.
